We recognize that the benefits package is an important component of the associates overall compensation. As such, we offer benefits that are rich in features and are designed to meet the needs of our diversified work force. These employee benefits are offered to all full time RPE associates. RPE currently utilizes a nationwide PPO health insurance plan from Aetna Insurance called the US Access plan. Among the in network benefits associated with this plan are low co-pays, large selection of covered hospitals and doctors, prescription drug benefits and a wide range of covered services. RPE currently maintains dental insurance through MetLife with a nationwide selection of dentists included in the plan. While you can go to any dentist in the country, those dentists that participate in the MetLife plan have agreed to a cost structure on covered procedures that eliminate the 'costs exceed usual and customary charges for services' not covered by insurance. RPE's dental insurance provides low deductible and low calendar year out of pocket maximums. While tailored towards preventative care, coverage is provided on three levels:

Disability insurance includes Short Term disability coverage, Long Term disability coverage, company paid Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage. In these programs, RPE contributes towards the employee's retirement future along with pre-tax contributions from the employee themselves.
