We are seeking experienced Project Management professionals with a proven track record to join our team. You will work with our clients during the implementation/modification phase and will provide continued support after a successful go live.
We seek people with experience in any of the following packages: IP®, JDA MMS®, JDA PMM®, JDA Arthur®, JDA Intactix®, E3®
Requirements:
- Project management and implementation experience including a strong understanding of both the functional and technical aspects of the IT package.
- Experience at multiple successful package implementations.
- Leadership abilities and team leader experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with clients and other consulting groups.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Previous retail industry experience, ideally gained in information systems, merchandise management or general retail consulting roles.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop an understanding of the customer's business and to interpret that understanding.
- Ability to understand the 'big picture' and to identify and resolve key issues.

Data Center Operations
We are seeking experienced Data Center Operators with a proven track record to join our team. You will establish, maintain and monitor computer operations center processes, schedules, reporting and standards, as well as provide technical leadership and operations training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide computer operations documentation and checklists.
- Responsible for continuous trouble free operation of computer systems.
- Ensure adherence to prescribed schedules and operating policies and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection of operations personnel.
- Make recommendations regarding improved operating systems, tools and procedures.
- Respond accordingly during system emergencies to minimize impact.
- Investigate incidents in the production environment, develop incident reports and other follow up items to the customer base.
- Perform operations training as required.
