Operations Management Success
RPE is successful with a proven record of accomplishment. Presently, we manage a variety of IBM System i models for our clients. We also manage a variety of our client's servers because they realize the value of having all their technology managed by one company.

RPE complies with the exact standards outlined by the client. In the transitioning process we work together to create the required security levels. Escalation Procedures
RPE has prescribed Escalation Procedures that are followed in the event of an error or condition that exists outside of the normal or accepted operational tolerances and guidelines. Using our Escalation Procedures templates, RPE will work with you to customize procedures to suit your unique business needs. The Escalation Procedures are "evergreen" and are kept current by periodic reviews.
