RPE employs instructor-lead and hands-on training. Typically this is on-site at your location or can be located in our training center.

We not only provide Blue Yonder training, but training for most leading software we support. RPE develops and tailors training programs for a hands-on classroom or individual training program providing learning materials with standard documentation or multi-media video. If a classroom setting is not available, RPE offers hardware acquisition assistance. As an IBM Business Partner, we can provide all of the physical necessities for a classroom environment.

RPE’s Approach
RPE prefers to train users directly versus a train-the-trainer approach. This improves learning because instruction is conducted by a knowledgeable trainer qualified to teach. Best practices are shared for optimal use of systems and solutions and adjusted based on attendee requirements and knowledge level. Attendees walk away with the skills and knowledge to better achieve company goals by optimizing software.

Training occurs in a classroom setting with demonstration and examples followed by exercises. Most importantly, it includes the application of software functionality to business procedures as used in the organization. Training is critical for new software implementations, but ongoing training is just as important. Software updates and changes in staff are additional reasons for training to ensure you are receiving the maximum functionality.
